- Include this exactly in the transfer memo so finance can match your payment to your enrolment. Transfers without a reference can take up to five extra business days to apply.
Before you send
- Your application ID is in your admission email — it replaces the bracketed part of the reference.
- ACH transfers usually clear in 1–3 business days; domestic wires normally clear the same day.
- International transfers may incur intermediary bank fees. Please send the full tuition amount net of any fees.
- Need an invoice, W-9, or vendor form for an employer? Email admissions@aiskool.us and we will send it the same day.

Bank transfers arrive without a name attached to a student. This tells finance which enrolment the money belongs to, so your seat is confirmed without anyone chasing you.
- Takes a minute, and you get an email acknowledgement immediately.
- We never ask for account numbers, card numbers, or banking passwords.
- Your official receipt follows once the funds clear, normally within two business days.
Payment not showing up?
If more than five business days have passed since your transfer cleared and you have not had a receipt, email admissions@aiskool.us with your application ID and we will trace it.
You can change your mind.
Withdraw within the first 14 days of your cohort for a full refund. After that, refunds are prorated against completed weeks through the midpoint of the program.
Deferrals
Life happens. You can defer to a later cohort once at no cost, and your tuition stays at the rate you were quoted.

How do I pay?
Tuition is paid by bank transfer directly to the AI Skool USA account listed on the Payment page. Payment plans and corporate pricing are TBD and confirmed at admission.
Do you offer scholarships?
Scholarships: TBD. We reserve seats each cohort for veterans, active-duty service members and spouses, and career changers with demonstrated need. Award values are being finalised.
